Privacy policy

When you fill in the contact form, we collect the details you give us: your full name, email address, phone number if you provide one, your capacity, the topic of your message and its content.

We use these details solely to reply to your enquiry and to correspond with you about it. We do not use this data for any other purpose, and we do not pass it on to third parties for marketing.

We do not collect special category (sensitive) data through the contact form. Please do not include such data in your message unless it is strictly necessary for your enquiry.

Processing the data you submit through the contact form is based on your consent, given by ticking the relevant box before sending your message (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Where our correspondence leads to an engagement, further processing of your data will be based on the performance of the contract between us or on our compliance with legal obligations as an accounting office.

Messages sent through the contact form are forwarded to our office through an email delivery provider. That provider processes your data as a processor, acting on our instructions and under the terms of the Regulation.

We do not sell, rent or pass your data to third parties for advertising purposes.

We keep the messages and contact details you send us for as long as needed to reply to your enquiry and, where an engagement follows, for the period required by tax and accounting law. In every other case, we delete them within a reasonable time of our last contact with you.

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

This website does not use cookies. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not track your browsing on other websites.

The website always opens in Greek. If you choose English with the language switch, your choice applies while you browse the pages and is not stored on your device.

On the contact page, each office's map is a drawing, not an embedded map. Only if you click "Show on Google Maps" does a Google Maps embed load for that address. This does not happen automatically: once you request it, Google may process data according to its own privacy policy.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and the use of reputable service providers.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
